Dry ice shipper is with integrated EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) as the thermal layer,which can maintain low temperature from 72-120 hours with dry ice under the ISTA 7D summer cycle.
Dry ice shipper is regulatory compliant to IATA, ADR, and 49 CFR (DOT) transport Regulations, passed test such as drop test, stacking test, leakage test and puncture test, got the certificate of UN3373 and UN2814, These shippers utilize dry ice to maintain sample integrity during shipments from 72 to 120 hours.
This range is designed to optimize shipping volume and minimize freight costs. These insulated shipping systems have unique, sturdy carry handles to enable careful handling throughout the cold chain and a tongue and groove lid and base to enable quick and simple assembly. Pack-out instruction sheets are supplied to ensure correct assembly.
